There is a sound of thunder in the earth right now and it is the Lord at the head of His army. His forces are without number. Mighty is the army that obeys HIs command!

In Joel chapter 2:1, the prophet Joel said, Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My Holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord is coming, For it is at hand. I have been hearing the Lord for quite some time now with these same words, to sound the alarm to the church, it is time for us to fear not, come out of our apathy and stand up and fight! I hear the echoes of Nehemiah’s voice from Nehemiah 4, Do not be afraid! Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome and Fight! Wherever you hear the trumpet, rally together! Our God will fight for us!

I am sounding the alarm to whoever will listen! The Lord’s voice is thundering throughout the earth and calling for His sons and daughters to assemble together and return to the place of intercession between the porch and the altar! For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places! As we humble ourselves and come together in unity under the banner of the Lord and intercede He will move on our behalf! There has been a window of mercy open for quite some time over our Nation. So many of us have withdrawn from the battle because we fear the darkness that is moving across the land. We must not allow ourselves to be paralyzed by fear. We must repent and move out of apathy and return to the altar! We must return to the place of intercession together! Together is the key in this hour! The call in Joel’s day was for the youngest to the oldest to gather. Everyone who belongs to the Lord must pray! God has made clear His response if we do… It is all written out in Joel 2, God’s ancient roadmap to revival! He has not changed His mind! The Lord is faithful to watch over His Word to perform it! If we confess, repent, return and intercede He will heal our land! He will pour out His Spirit in greater measure! He will do it once again in our day!

I hear the Lord saying, “Blow the trumpet! Sound the alarm! For I AM gathering My army in this hour to stand between the porch and the altar and cry out to Me on behalf of the land! All of creation is groaning for My sons and daughters to rise up and walk in the authority I have given them! Many have shrunk back in fear and have  become apathetic to the evil moving throughout the nations. It is time to gather for war once again and engage the battle that is raging in the land! The earth is groaning. Can you not hear it? My voice is thundering and going out into all the earth! All of My creation is responding to My voice! Where are My sons and daughters who will respond that I might avert the strong arm of the enemy in this hour? I have created you to rule and govern with Me. Where are those who will govern with Me and see My will be done on the earth? Will you pay Me no attention? Will you do what My people have done in the past and not listen to My voice in this hour? Repent, Return and Rise up, sons and daughters and take your place in the authority and power I’ve given you! Come together, stand firm in Me and intercede! Can you hear My Voice thundering in the earth? It is time to assemble and fight as One! I AM The Lord your Banner! For I AM Jehovah-Nissi Your VICTORY!”

In Exodus 17, Moses told Joshua to choose some men and go out and fight the Amalekites. Moses stood on the top of a hill with the staff of God in His hand while Joshua and the Israelites fought and God gave them the victory that day. Moses then built an altar to the Lord and called its name, The Lord Is My Banner. The staff of God that Moses had was God’s authority. God is the banner under which we fight and triumph! Jehovah-Nissi is one of the names for God in the Old Testament and it declares God as our leader and deliverer in times of battle! God has not changed! How much more shall we rally and stand in the presence and power of Holy Spirit by the blood of Jesus? The Battle Cry is echoing across the land in this hour! Brothers and Sisters, rise up in courage and trust in our God! The Victory has already been won!

Isaiah 60:1-2, Arise and shine for your light has come and the Glory of the Lord rises upon you! Darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and His Glory appears over you!
